Purpose
Legal wanted a less cumbersome way for lawyers and other people assigned to cases to track their active cases than the existing CMS (case management software) offered.
Implementation
Built a browsable Quickbase mirror using Python ETLs and scraping driven by Power Automate. Python scripts automatically provisioned user access in the Quickbase front end; Power Automate attached relevant summary emails and documentation as they arrived for cases.
Outcome
Many happy users not needing to spend time navigating old and slow legacy software for basic questions.
